Savy Spender

A La Cart Services & Fees

  • COORDINATION HOURS

    Additional service hours for lead coordinator (Savannah) are rated at $75/hr.

    ADDITIONAL STAFF

    If you wish to hire additional staff, they are rated at $45/hr per person. Additional staff can help with anything from security to set-up to anything in between!

    Required if you wish to have the coordination team handle food, DJ/MC work (basics like a playlist or greeting guests), and large venues.

  • Need help creating the wedding decor of your dreams? I am available for design bookings!I will help round out your decor list & ensure a customized and beautiful decor plan! Includes a purchase list & moodboard for all items you will need on the big day.

    Starting at $200

    *Does not include purchase or storage

  • Hourly meetings, help virtually, in-person, or at your venue to prep for your wedding - from timeline to questions to planning for the unexpected.

    Rated at $75/hour including travel time.

  • Milage fees are always on us.

    No fees within a 90-minute drive of Everett, WA (AKA my service zone).

    $200/night lodging for any wedding outside of my standard service zone or locations that require ferry travel. Typically between 1-2 nights depending on rehearsal date.

    *** Weddings outside a 6 hour drive from Everett, WA require both airfare AND lodging - however, we waive service fees for these weddings! Please inquire for more details ***

Everyone loves ‘em

I’m a sucker for some good freebies... so all of my clients get plenty! When you work with us you will receive:

  • Wedding planning guide/workbook

  • Planning Spreadsheet including timeline guideline, self-updating budget and graphs (is that my type-A showing??)

  • Rehearsal program & info printed for the entire wedding party/processional

In addition, I also prep the following for every wedding:

  • Full emergency kit with anything you might need! From tweezers, to a steamer, to heel pads, duct tape, and a sewing kit - I have it all (that’s my overpacker showing)

  • Full wedding binder with all important details for your big day

  • Emergency plans - rain, closest hospital, medical concerns for you or guests

Booking

Process

  1. Intro call

    (all dates are placed on a soft hold for 2 weeks)

  2. Let us know you want to make it official!

  3. Fill out our client questionnaire/intake form

  4. Receive your contract and deposit (50%)

  5. Sign contract and submit payment

Second deposit (50% and any add-on costs) due 7 days before the wedding.
